This place was recommemded by my massage therapist who recently bought a mattress. She referred me to Michael who was great at helping us find the bed we needed. My husband recently hurt his back again and we both had been sleeping on a bed which did not help matters! We bought the Organic Laytex Hybrid Queen split adjustable. This is our second night and so far we are enjoying it immensely! Thank you, Michael!
Shout out to The Erik Ainge Show for promoting this store. My husband and I stopped in and couldn't have asked for better customer service. Jacob did a fantastic job at listening to what our needs were and providing us with several options. We chose the BLACK'D OUT VINTAGE HYBRID LUX MEDIUM/KING. It was delivered yesterday and I am excited to say BEST sleep in a long time!!
Jacob the salesperson is super knowledgeable, not at all pushy, but made the experience easy! Not only did he answer all my questions without hesitation but it was clear to me that he loves the product as much as I will! They make these beds in TN and I am all about supporting local, definitely the place to get your next mattress!
Dan at the Bed'r Mattress (9314 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922) is great.We went in 10 ten minutes before closing just to look at mattresses for our guest room. We didn't want to spend a ton of money yet, he still took the time to show my wife and I several mattresses before we settled on the best one for our needs. His professionalism and customer service is first class.
We'll know soon enough if the mattress and adjustable bed were exactly what I needed (and the wife is ok with). Mike and Tom were fantastic, no pressure, great explanations, and seemingly great product. We'll probably be back for more .
