The case managers and clinicians are great. Wonderful alumni program facilitators. Techs are inconsistent and constantly on their personal cell phones, to that point the cafeteria staff is also often on their phones not paying attention to what needs to be done. Why a cafeteria worker needs their personal cell out is beyond me. The food is inconsistent, often leaving grown men with portions sized for children. I had a very positive experience at Bedrock Recovery. The facility was comfortable, which made a difficult time feel much more manageable and helped me focus on getting better. The staff were professional, kind, and supportive throughout my stay. The nurses and medical staff took the time to explain my medications clearly and answer my questions, which made me feel informed and cared for. Bedrock recovery is the best detox and CSS that I have ever been to. It is literally the bedrock of my sobriety. I came to bedrock at the lowest point of my life and they worked with me and gave me the tools and motivation to start my recovery. The staff there are great. The nurses are awesome, the group counselors are very experienced and will always speak with you when you need them. Bedrock is an incredible facility that truly changed my life. Not only did I feel safe and comfortable there but the staff is next level.
