If you have any option to choose your Title Company, I DO NOT recommend choosing Bedrock Title. We ended up using them as our title company because they are partnered with the builder of our home. The Bedrock escrow agent who worked with us at our closing appointment came into the interaction from the beginning with a demeaning attitude (despite our appointment being the first of the day). 15 minutes into our appointment when we were working through signing the papers at a reasonable pace, the agent very rudely said "we don'... read more

The most horrible experience EVER! We are buying our first home and Bedrock Title stole our joy! We signed our papers offsite and by the time we made it back to the housing addition to pick up our keys, Bedrock Title didn’t communicate that we were clear to get our keys. Now we sit at our old house with no cable or internet. We had to cancel and reschedule movers that we lost our deposit on! Gracie totally stole our joy on getting to move in on closing day! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!

We used Bedrock Title for our recent home purchase. Darlene Meininger was so thorough and helpful with information. She was also very nice and patiently explained the process as it was happening. I highly recommend Darlene and Bedrock Title.

Irresponsible and unhelpful in my experience. They seem to lack the motivation, agility and attention to detail to be an effective service.
