I had a houseful of rugs that hadn't been cleaned in far too long. I contacted Bedrosian and the people I spoke with (mainly Samantha and John) were completely up front about the costs, they were responsive to my questions, and they were all around very easy to work with. Bedrosian is absolutely fabulous to work with! I had 4 Oriental rugs that needed cleaning and had dog urine stains on them. Someone recommended Bedrosian, and I am so glad they did!!
