Customer service is excellent, their work product is exceptional, and the communications from the team is very strong. They cleaned and restored 75+ year old rugs beautifully to be enjoyed for many more years to come. Highly recommend.

I had a Chinese area rug picked up on August 18, 2023 for cleaning. I was told by the delivery men that I would be receiving a call shortly once the rug was in the shop. No one called me and my credit card was charged immediately. After 1 week passed I called up to check as to the status and a man there told me that they had to run the rug through another cleaning to get out the soiled areas. I had a houseful of rugs that hadn't been cleaned in far too long. I contacted Bedrosian and the people I spoke with (mainly Samantha and John) were completely up front about the costs, they were responsive to my questions, and they were all around very easy to work with. Bedrosian is absolutely fabulous to work with! I had 4 Oriental rugs that needed cleaning and had dog urine stains on them. Someone recommended Bedrosian, and I am so glad they did!! Stephanie took my initial call. She was delightful and knowledgeable. Email confirming the quote came within 24 hours of Bedrosian picking up all the rugs.
