Good Location but would avoid because of new management Good location but very disappointed in the new management. 1. Had mold issues twice. First time they were there immediately cleaning and fixing. Second time we found some in a closet next to an outer wall we never used. This time they charged us out of our deposit for the mold even though we had nothing to do with it. Not sure why they have mold problems. 2. Terrible move-in experience The worst move-in experience I have ever had! I was moving from out of state, so I was relying on the management team to have my apartment properly ready for me. They did not. Instead, they handed the apartment to me in absolutely unacceptable condition! Both bathrooms were completely disgusting and reeked of urine, with obvious visible stainage on the floor and baseboards. The hall bathroom was especially gross.
