I moved here April 2021I started out in a townhouse. I moved March 2024 to a 2 bedroom apartment. It's now June 2025 not resigning my lease I have given my 30 days notice. My heating and air has been messed up since November 2024. Called in the office the guys came said they can't fix it with that code the professionals has to come out to fix it gave me 2 small heaters. They really didn't help. I moved here from Cincinnati Ohio at the end of March when I came into the apartment to check everything out I basically gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed my first mistake was not making them aware I needed a first floor apartment now they have me on a waiting list telling me they don't have any but they have all these in the apartments that is around here and I'm quite sure it's something on the first floor second my air never didn't work something that brings me a portable to go in my bedroom and bring a f... read more
The process took 9 months and had to go through 3 rental associates because they kept getting fired. It was a frustrating experience because couldn’t get accurate information. Finally got my mom in which this new Property manager. The process should Be streamlined with detailed processes so these elderly people aren’t stressed.
Beecher Terrace is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. No one ever answers the phone, or there is no one in the office. If you get lucky and there is someone there, they don't have a clue what to do regarding any kind of business. I would love to work there and be a statue and get paid.
I can't get Thur to anyone about a application and when I do they say there going to email it to me but it never comes I keep getting emails telling me to respond back to them to talk about my application I responded back to the email still nothing and then I got a email saying their communicating Thur just email responded back still nothing 😔
