The process took 9 months and had to go through 3 rental associates because they kept getting fired. It was a frustrating experience because couldn’t get accurate information. Finally got my mom in which this new Property manager. The process should Be streamlined with detailed processes so these elderly people aren’t stressed.
I can't get Thur to anyone about a application and when I do they say there going to email it to me but it never comes I keep getting emails telling me to respond back to them to talk about my application I responded back to the email still nothing and then I got a email saying their communicating Thur just email responded back still nothing 😔
I give you a four star five star because the people are willing to help and they're not trying to blow you off that was my experience when I went there to do my walkthrough for my apartment love and love The view and the amenities that come with it
Very smooth experience so far. Everyone has been extremely professional & we really like our new apartment.
First three months moving in their was a shooting in the building, they can't keep nobody in the rent office, the maintenance is always riding around on golf carts, still have the same work orders in from when I first moved in and that was 2023, we got nasty neighbors letting dogs piss and shit all over the place, people breaking the side doors so others can walk in, during spring and summer and infestation now roaches are starting to be present definitely trying to get the hell out of here.
