I love my apartment and I love management here they are truly helpful to help if you go in the office for help. But bad on calling you back if needed.

I absolutely love my apartment and I love that it’s not a lot of loud young people that live in my building it’s relatively quiet and I love the layout and spaciousness of my apartment so far it’s been a very easy and rewarding experience

My overall stay at Beecher Terrace was more bitter sweet, I love my apartment. but maintenance was very poor very slow to respond, to work order, the halls and door way very dirty and lock on front door alway jam or keep open very unsafe. upstairs neighbor child running all day and night, understandable to a certain point child do have autism. But i must say it have not always been that way. just with in the last 6 months. I would love for the apartments to get fully staff, and a full maintenance crew. to be the beautiful a... read more

Honestly I couldn’t wait for my lease to end ! The apartment it self is nice. As for the neighbors very inconsiderate I’ve made complaints for my whole entire stay. Nothing was ever done to the point I had to let police handle the situation. The office has literally had 3 or 4 property managers within a year and nothing is stable majority of the staff has attitudes or they just try to push you off unless you’re giving rent money! My fridge went out and maintenance brought me a dirty fridge with duck tape inside the freezer. ... read more
