They answered the phone the first time I called. It was a Fri afterbirth afternoon. By Monday morning 8am, they had already approved the work to be done at our mechanics. Very happy with BeeCovered.

YOU did GREAT - I appreciate having the warranty with ur company - I even called to say thank you ! Your company was quick & professional & I am condisent I made the right choice - I' am proud to be associated with U - THANK YOU very much. HOWEVER as for my experience, I could cry ! Their mechanic test drove my car afterward & a gravel cracked my windshield and I needed it replaced. They won't reimburse me for out of pocket cost. I wish I never had the work done there now....$390 is a lot of money to pay unexpectedly . ... read more

My mechanic shop contacted them. They agreed that the problem was covered, This was a SIMPLE windshield washer motor problem. Bottom line..... Bee Covered denied the service because they said it did not conform to their BY THE BOOK time for the fix ( Labor ). WTF ??? How can you say it is covered and then say, NOPE. This company is a POS ! DO NOT USE THEM ! SCAMMERS !!!!!!!

Hi Scotty. We’re sorry for the frustration, but we want to clarify that this claim was not denied because the repair wasn’t covered. The repair was $92.47 based on the MSRP parts pricing and published labor time. Because your contract has a $100 deductible, there was nothing for BeeCovered to pay. In fact, the authorized repair amount was $7.53 less than your deductible. This was a covered repair that simply fell below the deductible.
