Things were fine with them at first, but I received a large bill for dates I never received service and now I can't get in contact with Beewell Medical Center at all. They won't answer my calls, won't call me back when I leave a voicemail and won't email me back either. I even tried going to see them in person from the address listed and no one was there even though it was during their open hours. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else.
Nurse Wise is absolutely amazing! She takes her time and listens to my concerns. She has never been rude or uncaring. I love talking with her because I honestly feel she understands my situation. I will refer her every chance I get!
Dr. Wise is sweet and polite. I wasn’t able to make it to my first appointment but she rescheduled me with no problem. I’ll be going back regularly every month.
had a horrible experience here. on my initial visit, Brittney made a nonchalant comment about my weight that had nothing to do with health and wellness. additionally, at the end of my appointment she told me that she thought that i was faking my illness and that I was simply there for pills. Later. I needed a prescription refilled and called the office. I never heard back from them and then at my follow up appointment they said they were confused so they didn’t contact me. really unprofessional overall
When you can see Dr. Wise, she's great. Their admin and back end was disorganized and awful. Nice enough, but completely ineffective. I'm no longer a patient because we could not get consistent care for months.
