If you're serious about getting better, I can recommend that you come here. If you aren't, you will find things overly restrictive and pointless. That's how I feel at my first rehab center, but after hitting rock bottom and deciding to really give this my best shot, the safeguards designed to keep me safe started acting like supports rather than prison bars. This place is not what it seems. They're out for insurance money. From detox to residential to the PHP/IOP program is absolutely ridiculous. I only enjoyed one tech. The rest are phony and just there for an easy paycheck. You have mental health clients that don't even use substances start the program from the beginning because of their mental instability. The massages are weak and the food and residential sucks. All they know how to cook is chicken. You literally have to fight and argue with 90% of the staff. Only one therap... read more

Terrible company, management, ownership. They could care less about the people they “serve”. All they are concerned about is a dollar bill. Do not send your loved one here.

My husband absolutely did not receive the support he needed and was actually encouraged to have an affair with another patient by his counselor……clearly people make their own decisions but I sure as hell wouldn’t trust them with anyone I loved again.

I’ve been at onyx multiple times and always have received the absolute best care! The staff here is amazing, from the therapists to the techs, everyone here truly cares for you. I’d recommend Onyx to anyone needing help for mental health.
