I would like to say how great this place is. All the staff and case workers were more than helpful. I would recommend Ember recovery to anybody struggling with addiction. They changed my life.
My son was there for several weeks this summer and although I am sure there are some nice and competent people there, I must report that despite me calling several time trying to tell them my son was obviously high and not right, no one responded to me. I was stonewalled and sent through phone menus and voicemails, until I finally had to access outside resources and threaten to bring law enforcement with me before anyone would answer me. Leaving another review for BHC. It has been officially three months since I graduated from the program, and I can not stress enough how much this program saved my life. I have only had five panic attacks in the three months since leaving BHC, as opposed to the four to five panic attacks I was having a day that led me into treatment. At BHC, I was diagnosed with panic disorder, and it validated how I was feeling.
