Hi friends. Please take the time to hear me out. I recently started a journey to wellness. In my search for facilities Bhop came up in the feed as an option. Upon arrival I couldn’t believe the condition of this property. Filthy is an understatement! Here’s a few examples of my experience: Heavily stained towels and bedding. I am so so sad to hear of the state of this facility. I went there 5 years ago and it was my very first experience and I was so pleased with everything. Now, being in the recovery environment since, I am hearing such awful, dangerous and harmful things regarding negligence, lack of basic care and needs and supplies, staff who do not care about helping people, drugs are rampant, people dying from overdose and suicide, HIPAA being violated, people being able to just walk in from outside, no true therapy or any kind of real tre... read more

I cannot begin to tell how amazing these people are, they honestly go above and beyond! Even after you leave. Shout out To Jan! She was my counselor! Probably the best experience. Shout out Casey too from after care checks in with me. Thank you again 🫶🏼

My case manager Kayla Gill was exceptional and knew exactly what i needed to do. She helped me with every step of the way. The therapist Stephanie was very knowledgeable and kept me informed and positive and helped me in every way possible. Now as for the accomodations. I'm from Kansas and I had to pay for my flight to and from. I had 3 days warning of my discharge date and in order to get an affordable rate to fly back on a holiday I had to leave by 5am. My husband had an awful experience here beginning the day he arrived. It was very disorganized. They didn’t offer most of the services listed on their website (and confirmed by phone prior to arrival) which was the whole reason he chose that place. No equine therapy, no faith based therapy, no biofeedback bed/therapy, no family therapy and he never got to use the pool.
