If you are into one-size-fits-all care then this is the place for you! I wouldn’t even recommend this place as a last resort. Staff will not return your phone calls, they have a revolving door of therapists and they change your appointments without notice. They keep you stuck and they keep you sick, that way they can make their money.

Our company works with BHSN to provide floorcare and restoration work throughout the Queensbury, NY location. Very professional staff with a pleasant environment. Paige Levack, Jennifer Hill and Chris Fischer have been great partners with AllPro and we're honored to assist BHSN.

This place is a mixed bag. Some practitioners are fantastic, others are terrible. I will say Wendy Randall is probably the worst out of the 5 I've seen over the years. I found the school intake process to be very unorganized. They gave away my son’s spot, who was and still is highest priority at his school, without notifying me, his dad, or the school. I found the intake coordinator to be dismissive and condescending when speaking with me on the phone. Horrible communication.

A single mother waiting months, years to get in and arrives 15 minutes late because of the exact reasons that you're needed and you turn her and her son away DISGUSTING. When you make people wait in the waiting room or patient AND ROOMS for 30 to 55 minutes. YOUR GROSS EMBERASSING ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. NO EMPATHY NO CONSIDERATION ABSOLUTE DISGUST.
