Getting your child's ASD diagnosis isn't something parents look forward to and getting them the help they need isn't always easy. Behavioral Innovations did great and kept us posted every step of the way from the first day I contacted them. They kept updating me on Wait list and the whole process. Thankfully, we weren't in the Wait list for long and my daughter started her therapy on February. My daughter has been going there a little over a month and she loves it. The staffs, especially my son’s BCBA is very dedicated. My son learned a lot of skills and started talking and engaging with people ever since he started his ABA therapy. Behavioral Innovations here in Rollingbrook is like a whole family. We’re so glad we chose this center.
My son is doing amazing here. I love the excitement, the hard work, dedication, and so much more from everyone at the center. Baytown is where we are at, and I would not go anywhere else!
This company only cares about money. The office administration is the worst people you can deal with, nobody knows what they are doing up in the Dallas office. They can care less about your child as long as they’re getting paid. The clinical side of things are not too bad. My daughter attends the Baytown location and the staff are pretty amazing people. But that’s not enough to convince me to keep her there. This will be her last year there unfortunately.
Worse experience ever definitely needs a bigger place for all those kids and all that staff. Everyone so crowded in that small space and they still take in new kids. They dont have a set structure for the kids, everyone be all over the place. Barely see staff running session with clients. Everything is so unorganized. Management sucks they definitely dont know how to run the place. Bcba’s clearly dont know what there doing. Been in the aba field for years and have never experienced anything this bad. Its a shame. Someone def... read more
