We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this ABA provider. Our child, Noah, initially enjoyed attending sessions, but over time we noticed significant red flags that led us to discontinue services completely. Some of the issues we experienced included: Personal items and clothing going missing without explanation. My daughter has been at BI for almost a year now. This place has made all the difference in our home. She started there almost completely non-verbal and melting down at any change. Now she tries to regulate her feelings and hops up every morning saying “I got school!!”. The staff are, from top to bottom, some the the kindest and most patient people I have met. They did an amazing job with my daughter and she had a great experience there; she was excited to go every time. They are kind and caring and really love these kids. My daughter's communication abilities improved leaps and bounds. They helped us as the parents learn to understand and work with our child better as well. We went from being overwhelmed and confused to I got this.

So many parents are scared or hesitant about ABA therapy for their child. I was one of those parents until my child started attending this wonderful place! Since attending she has grown verbally and socially! I would recommend this place 100% they are the best !

We love BI in BA ! Thad, Nikki and all of the staff are so kind! They are always open to suggestions and very supportive in advocation for each child. They also have fun spirit days and events for parents. I like a company where their staff is excited to come to work. Their flexible schedules. I'm all about the voice of the employee. I like that they have a spotlight employee of the month and I'm sure other employee incentives. Keep those RBTs happy, God bless them and the entire staff! We appreciate you all!!!
