After searching high and low, and touring several different ABA Facilities, Behavioral Innovations stood out among the rest- by a land-slide! Attendance is smaller, allowing them to care for your child 1-on-1 and in a quieter setting. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful & knows exactly what they’re doing! My daughter loves attending and loves to go to therapy every morning, thanks to this wonderful staff!
Went in yesterday to do a tour And it was amazing seeing how great everyone was with the kids there and look forward to enroll in My Son
Since our son has begun ABA therapy with Behavioral Innovations his developmental growth has been amazing. Mrs. Kimberly Turner (BCBA) is very informative and helpful in our sons progression, she truly cares. The staff are amazing and great at communicating how our sons day went. Ms.Melanie is one of the RBTs that goes out of her way to communicate with me on our sons struggles and mile stones through out the day. Very greatful and thankful for Behavioral Innovations commitment to our son.
This place is like the Walmart of ABA, they can’t keep employees because they do not value them creating a constant turn over or not just therapist but as well with bcba’s (the person who makes plans for your child) The new therapist are just that new, not experienced, and every time this happens you have to have your child miss one day a week. My daughter was there a little over a year and this happened 2 times, and for a 6 peek period. Do your research the kids deserve better than this and there are much better center base... read more
To piggy back on the last review. This place is very unprofessional. When asking question you never get a direct answer. Secondly, please don’t be knowledgeable in this area, you will then see the mistreatment. NEVER CAN KEEP therapist. My son has been there since August and have had 4 bcba’s. Ridiculous. Then the administration coordinator milla is rude. Oh and then the BCBA mention that my son was diagnosed wrong. As well as the therapist approaching me saying all Types of crazy stuff about my son.
