I can't recommend Behavioral Innovations to anyone. My son attended this location for 10 months without any issues. Then without any notice, BI's billing department called to say my son was being suspended due to insurance not paying. We think we get the issue resolved, and then he got suspended again. Now, the day after we give our notice to terminate services, my son gets suspended a 3rd time, this time the billing dept tells me "my son isn't in their [insurance] system, so we're not able to bill for services". As a parent with a child on the autism spectrum I was nervous about sending my youngest to ABA therapy. Dealing with a kid with autism can be scary since you want the best and safest environment for them so that they can grow and be nurtured properly. We were very pleased with the attention given to our child and the progress he made. The BCBA was good and offered helpful direction and advice. The techs were good. Of course, the kids each have favorites. There were a lot of different techs that worked with our child. We would have preferred a smaller number of them but it was still fine. The group at the Frisco location is top notch! The moment I walked thru the door I knew this was the right place for my son. Thank you Behavioral Innovations.
We toured a few ABA facilities in the area. This one was by far my favorite. The facility, the staff, the therapists. I have two sons who are neuro-divergent. I drop them off in the morning and I do not worry about them all day. Because I know they are in great hands. It is a great feeling to have as a mom.
