I have been back and forth with this center for 2 months now explaining the situation of my daughter and how she is in a dire need for ABA therapy. I explained that she is being aggressive throwing tantrums and they were helping to get her in. During the assessment, they took her to a room where she was holding the phone that she uses it as her safe tool when she is anxious in a new place meeting new people. Very bad experience during assessment, my daughter is autistic , this place must have trained and experts team to deal with such cases and I believe the center were made for those kids cases, they reject our daughter because she has a behavior??? what’s your job if you can’t deal with kids behaviors,and redirect it to the right behavior. they were completely unprofessional , I don’t recommend at all.
My grandson has been attending Behavioral Health Innovations for a few years. We have received nothing but the best teaching, guidance and care for my grandson. My grandson loves it here! They are quick on responses for any questions I may have and address any of my concerns immediately. The staff is highly trained & knowledgeable definitely recommend them to anyone in need!
