My son was with this provider for more than 4 years and when we wanted to come back for additional help they would not commit for 16 hours a week. They say no it has to be minimum of 20 hours and the fact that we were already with them for so many years and spent thousands of dollars did not matter. We are utterly disappointed that they don’t care about patient/provider relationship, longevity and curtesy. It is really sad that this provider became an another money making machine out of our misery. 👎🏼

It has been a positive experience since we first had our son assessed for autism. The therapy already seems to be helping him..

We find Natalie , the BCBA at the Behavioral Innovations location on Market Ridge to be highly capable, extremely well-qualified, and a pleasure to work with. She has demonstrated insights into our child’s situation that others have not, despite longer periods of time working with him.
