It was a traumatic experience going to this ABA center. The front office is so unhappy all the time. They do not greet you and not so friendly. One time I told them my son was having health issues and will be late for therapy due to Dr appointments, they charged us late fees for coming. They told us it will be waived but they never did I ended up paying them all. They give you a notebook for updates but its never updated! I never know what my son ate, drink or if he peed or pooped.
