Dr. Babak is very professional and gentle with his patients. I was extremely nervous to get something removed from my ear but he made it a good experience. I was not nervous at all

Dr.Behin and ( You can't go wrong with a doctor who has such a great sense of humor) his amazing staff are extremely organized, helpful, knowledgeable, kind , friendly, and reliable. Dr. Behin has been my doctor and my savior. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Dr. Behin today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the secretary was warm, welcoming, and very kind, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Behin was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan moving forward. Overall, an excellent first visit. TLDR: Lack of transparency and threatened to send my bill to collections. Went to the Dr for a recurring Sinus Infection, I was warned that it was tier 2 so I'll have to pay what the insurance doesnt cover for the office visit-- Which is fine, I've been to 4 ENTs in the last 8 months and my issue is not getting resolved. Dr. Behin was fine and I was just prescribed a bunch of antibiotics/ However, I did get a bill later-- which I expected but I was appalled to see a charge for a Nasal Endoscopy which he did not do.
