The only reason I did not leave 5 stars is due to the staff. The female staff that answer phones and schedules are always rude. The clinicians/providers have always been respectful and understanding. They’re the only reasons why I remain with Mindpath.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about dr Behrdad alinejad. He is incredibly professional, kind, caring, and truly listens. He always seems to know exactly what to say to help me feel better, and I feel completely comfortable and understood during every appointment. He is also very thoughtful and knowledgeable when it comes to medication and finding what works best for you. It’s rare to find someone who is both so professional and genuinely compassionate. I’m truly grateful for his care and highly recommend him.
The office personnel is always helpful and professional and Berhod is always professional and on kind.
