Bekins Moving Solutions in Phoenix was exceptional.    My entire experience was top-notch, from the initial walk-through/estimate to delivery of my household goods from Phoenix, Arizona to North Carolina.  I want to especially recognize #1 Paul, who did initial walkthru and estimate.  He advised me how to pack with lots of great suggestions.   He assessed my needs and the condo property for pickup to determine best size trucks and a successful pickup and drop off.   He was always only a phone call away and gave exceptional ... read more

Everyone was so nice and helpful with moving my grandmother from different locations within Arizona. They were especially patient with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. Picture is of them moving her piano which went well.

This was a nightmare move. I was assured Bekins was a quality moving company and my goods were secure. As a result I almost didn’t take out the additional insurance. So glad I did. Almost every piece of my wood furniture was damaged in the move. An electric desk I had was ruined because they packed it with the legs up and stacked heavy items on top of it and kinked out be of the metal legs. They broke the headboard of my bed. I move to Arizona from Alaska. Bekins Moving Solutions did the final drop off for me today. I was really impressed. The crew was efficient, kind, and polite. They took the time to call in advance let me know when they would be at the unit, narrowing down the delivery time. They arrived promptly and got to work. My items were being unloaded into a storage unit, but I wanted to be able to get to some things. They were great to take direction to help me be able to get to the things I will need. I’d like to start by specifying that this review is specific towards the management, logistics, and customer support/service of the company, not the folks that actually drop off your property. The actual movers were the only positive experience of using this company. In short, do not use Bekins Moving Solutions if you value timely service, prompt communication, or if you need your property within several months of your move.
