My husband and I found a sofa that we wanted so we paid a visit to Bel. Upon arrival we were greeted by Michael who helped us throughout our process. I must say I can really appreciate the honesty Michael displayed. I wanted a table and he was quick to let me know that I may not be too happy with that particular purchase. The staff is wonderful! Sonya, Sylvia and Mike are great customer service representatives. It’s a lost thing in most business but Bel Furniture has it! I’d recommend anyone that’s looking for quality furniture and good prices to seek them out. Oh yeah, I loved my sectional in the show room floor but more in my home! Sales Rep Maria was amazing! She really made the process easy and helped us understand our best options. She was very patient, explained delivery, fees and answered every question we had. Sylvia was amazing! When my husband and I walked into the store she greeted us with willingness to help. She understood our vision and took us directly to a set that matched. She was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we received our delivery in the requested timeframe.
