After purchasing furniture 3 months the coffee table and one end table began to crack. I called to see what can be done and only to find out that my warranty was no good because I moved from the location I had the furniture delivered to. Be careful what you sign in which they don’t tell you that when you initial a certain paperwork that says that if you move from the delivery location that the warranty no longer is valid. My husband and I found a sofa that we wanted so we paid a visit to Bel. Upon arrival we were greeted by Michael who helped us throughout our process. I must say I can really appreciate the honesty Michael displayed. I wanted a table and he was quick to let me know that I may not be too happy with that particular purchase. The staff is wonderful! Sonya, Sylvia and Mike are great customer service representatives. It’s a lost thing in most business but Bel Furniture has it! I’d recommend anyone that’s looking for quality furniture and good prices to seek them out. Oh yeah, I loved my sectional in the show room floor but more in my home! The drivers were careful with my stuff and I appreciate them too! #belfurniture
