Patrick and Patty are outstanding and always have provided exceptional service. Today they went above and beyond, and came as soon as they could to help me clean up after my precious dog died at 🏡 home. More than that, they paid kindness forward and didn't even charge.
We have been calling Patrick up for a couple of years now whenever we need couches or carpets cleaned (kids and dogs). This last time, he came and cleaned a secondhand couch we bought that had some really persistent smells. He came back for a second visit with a different solution when the first cleaning didn't fully remove the smell. Patrick and Patty are the dream team. They go above and beyond, and we greatly appreciate them!
They did a great job stretching and steam cleaning our living room carpet for a reasonable price earlier this week. Very satisfied. Plan to call them again when we steam clean the rest of our carpets next year. Highly recommend!
Patrick and his son were amazing. Kind, efficient and affordable. I called a couple of other places and I'm so glad I went with Believe That. Our leather couch looks amazing and they were even able to add on some carpet cleaning while they were here. Already sent them to a family members home. Will continue to refer to others.
I found this company on Facebook. Checked it on on the WEB! It had a lot of positive reviews. I contacted them and they setup a time and date quicker than I expected!! I had to change my service date at the last minute and they were very kind, understanding and rescheduled quickly without any concerns. Patrick called to let me know they were on their way.
