Thank you so much for the outstanding service and hard work of Kent F******* and his teams from Belk Builders earlier this year! And thank you Chachi, Manuel and their whole team for getting rid of our terrible synthetic stucco! The HardiePlank siding we chose was the amazing Booth Bay Blue, which we are still very happy with! I accepted a proposal from *************************, from **** Builders to complete replacement of windows and doors, install vinyl siding, re-screening of porch and paint remaining trim on 12-13-2022.I am satisfied with the completed work excepting the installation of the vinyl siding and a few areas that need to be finished and painted. I wouldn't hire **** Builder again It was clear that the crew was being pushed to hurry through this project. During the process, I noticed a vent had been covered, screen ripped, gutter was placed on the wrong side, gate latch was broken. I was never approached with any of these issues, instead I brought it to their attention, and only then were my issues addressed.They cut a lot of corners, quite enough to notice with even a casual glance or walkthrough, including a panel over the entryway of the front door that was bent b... read more

If we could give a Zero we would! **** the ***** is quite the Salesman, attentive, eager to accommodate. We never would have believed this could happen us... he seemed so genuine. Our interest was in the ********************* Siding. **** offered us 18 month interest free, and a $1200 dollar credit if we signed the contract within 2 days.Of course we signed thinking what a deal.
