The Bell Annapolis team and property are awesome! All of the front office staff and maintenance team are super friendly, helpful and efficient. The property is kept clean, there is little noise from surrounding units, and the neighbors are friendly. Very happy with our choice to rent here!
Don’t do it. Lived there for 12 months and here’s my take away; 1) there’s NEVER parking 2) there’s hardly any accommodations, just moved and paying the same for WAY more 3) they will walk right into your apartment and take pictures with no notice. (Almost walked in on me while I’m getting out of the shower and got upset because my dog was out IN THE APARTMENT I OVERPAID FOR) Additionally, I MOVED OUT and they “emailed me” a bill. Would recommend this place to no one. The apartment across the street is seemingly better ran and more reasonably priced if you like the location. Parking is often non-existent in most of the complex especially after a long day when you want to just be home (and they will tow without a permit). Pipes were so loud and disruptive. If you are considering this apartment complex I encourage you to read this. Updated from original in oct 2021. In reference to the original post it is true the Regatta Bay staff "allowed" me to move from one apartment to another; the move was done completely by me. They did give me several days to move over a long weekend though. There are guidelines for moving or transferring between apartments under the bell partners umbrella so it wasn't entirely out of scope to transfer…just got to do it a little sooner than usual with... read more
I moved here about a month ago and I have been loving it. The apartment was nearly perfect when I moved in and very clean. I worked with Amanda and she is so friendly and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions as they came up. Maintenance responds very quickly and efficiently after requests are submitted online. My favorite part about my apartment is how much light it gets, which is great for all my plants! Parking is relatively limited which would be my only complaint since I moved in.
