I love my unit, nice balcony, third floor. BUT BUT, I MOVED IN May 9, elevator has never worked but4-5 days. My movers charged me twice because of not having elevator. I’m 69 female. The thing I wanted was balcony, open kitchen and NO STEPS, I cry all time trying to get groceries up, coming from garage it’s 4 floor. My suitcases are tore up because of pulling them up the stairs. I get over heated and get sick to my stomach and throw up. People in building are very kind to help. But it’s not their job. I still have boxes ... read more

My time at Bell Annapolis on West was great. Heather, Nicholas, and Tysiah were extremely helpful all the way from touring, to signing the lease, and all the way to move out. This has definitely been THE best management team I've gotten to work with in my years of renting. They have an answer for every question! The complex itself is kept very well, and has a gated parking garage which is very easy to navigate. DO NOT MOVE HERE. As a resident of building one, the elevator is constantly out of service. Bell Annapolis has no sense of duty or urgency to fix it. They lack all transparency in communicating these issues to us residents. In total, the elevator has been out for MONTHS. This is not legal, not fair, and not acceptable! When I reached out Bell Annapolis' regional manager, Daryl Towns, his genius solution to me was to move! Move all of my belongings from my top floor unit without an elevator... Great idea! My fiancé and I have been here going on two years. At first the property had issues, but when the new management staff came that is led by Melat, it has been night and day. All issues maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner, the staff is like family, and they have great community events like the one picture that was free and catered. Best complex in Annapolis. I have lived here for over three years, and could not speak highly enough of the team and property. Heather in the management office is an absolute pleasure and is always more than willing to help with whatever I have ever needed. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and often completes work orders within 24 hours. If you’re thinking about renting here, or anywhere else, do yourself a favor and sign a lease today.
