While the staff at the leasing office are friendly and helpful, I am deeply disappointed with the security measures in place at this apartment complex. Recently, my car had its wheels and tires stolen from the GATED garage of the apartment, and this has caused me significant financial strain and inconvenience. It's alarming that such an incident could happen in what is supposed to be a secure environment. My fiancé and I have been here going on two years. At first the property had issues, but when the new management staff came that is led by Melat, it has been night and day. All issues maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner, the staff is like family, and they have great community events like the one picture that was free and catered. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. I’ve been having issues with this apartment ever since I moved in. From my bath tub cracking open, soaking wet carpet in my closet area, to finding ants along my bedroom window frame. And now I came home to huge roach on my wall. I typically don’t leave reviews but I felt the need to share my experience thus far. Please spare yourself the trouble.
