Verified Renter I have lived at Bell Boca Town Center, now going on 4 years. I chose this property, because of 3 reasons, 1) The professionalism of the office staff and friendly service, 2) The upgraded units which is more of a condo style than and average apartment style. 3) The atmosphere on the property. This was very important to me, especially after l have lived in a top rated leading, privately own condo community for more than 25 years. This was the closes property commercially owned that I came across that offered a piece of mind of security, especially after coming from where rules and regulations were enforced by associations. If one is looking for home style living as apposed to apartment style living, I recommend this property, but like anywhere you would come across issues but what's important, is how they are controlled.
