"I've absolutely loved living at Bell Boca Toencwnter Apartments for the past 5 years! The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and features a fantastic layout with plenty of natural light. The community is incredibly welcoming, and I've found the neighbors to be friendly and respectful. The on-site managers Lynn and Isadora are top-notch; they always respond quickly and efficiently to any issues. It is a beautiful apartment complex. The employees in the leasing office are very nice, informative, and attentive. The maintenance team responds to issues and fixes them typically day of. It is the fastest and efficient maintenance team I have ever experienced in an apartment. It's an older complex, but they keep things up to date and take care of the appliances and amenities. The only thing, is I wish there were dumbbells or kettle bells in the gym! But that is an easy fix. I love it here!
Lived here for the past year and a half as a FAU student and I had an amazing experience. Everyone in the office is fantastic and helped me whenever needed!! The facilities are incredible from the pool and grill area to the workout room and tennis court! Everything is kept clean and up to date! Everyone in the community is extremely friendly as well and you will definitely make some friends just walking around! I 10/10 recommend!!
Visited during my apartment search. When I reached for my appointment the office was locked. I was sitting outside for a while and called twice the Bell management office. The lady showing the apartment seemed very disinterested with no smile or enthusiasm. The apartment and community are OK. Smaller in size for the term "luxury apartment". The team at Bell at Broken Sound is much better
Lived here for a year before moving. As a college student, for a little cheaper, it would be great. As an adult, meh. Definitely shouldn't be considered "luxury apartments." Positive: Maintenance staff is great. Very nice people. Answer requests quickly and are respectful of the space (I've put in 11 fix tickets, so they know me by now). Great location - this is really the best thing about this place. Layouts of the units are nice. Negative: Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are very old and don't do a great job.
