It is a beautiful apartment complex. The employees in the leasing office are very nice, informative, and attentive. The maintenance team responds to issues and fixes them typically day of. It is the fastest and efficient maintenance team I have ever experienced in an apartment. It's an older complex, but they keep things up to date and take care of the appliances and amenities. The only thing, is I wish there were dumbbells or kettle bells in the gym! But that is an easy fix. I love it here!
Lived here for a year before moving. As a college student, for a little cheaper, it would be great. As an adult, meh. Definitely shouldn't be considered "luxury apartments." Positive: Maintenance staff is great. Very nice people. Answer requests quickly and are respectful of the space (I've put in 11 fix tickets, so they know me by now). Great location - this is really the best thing about this place. Layouts of the units are nice. Negative: Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are very old and don't do a great job. You can tell the office & maintenance staff care about the property. The grounds always look amazing, and I absolutely love the pool and amenities. Definitely worth checking this place out. You will not be disappointed.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** While I've always loved the community's upscale allure, beautiful appearance, attractive landscaping, terrific location and wonderful amenities, it's the people who work here that impress me more and more each day.
