Just got my car back from Bell Collision in Preston. I live in the South Eastern suburbs so a hike away from Preston, but have been told how great the service is here and if I wanted quality workmanship to come here. I'm wonder when I read reviews how people say they received "quality service" from these careless people. I give 1 star as I can not give zero or minus. When I lodge my claim with my insurance company, RACV, I specifically requested a repairer that operates on weekends. I never write reviews, whether good or bad, on google. But I am very impressed with the service I received from Bell Collision Repairs. - the communication was excellent, I was prepared and warned that my car may take more time to repair due to availability of parts.
