Verified Renter Would be good if we have a outside play area like basketball/tennis court…and also good to have couple of dumpsters around the community rather than vallet trash system. Due to inflation, would appreciate if you could consider the renewal raise in rental prices and make it affordable for the tenants. We like being here for a while now, having good experience so far. Verified Renter Consistency of trash getting picked up is a bit wishy washy but everything else is great! Love how quiet the community is and how friendly our neighbors are!

Verified Renter The leasing and move in process was super smooth and easy. I only did a virtual tour of my apartment before moving in and the virtual tour did not do it justice. When I actually saw the apartment in person I was blown away. Cannot recommend enough
