Verified Renter Rent was increased but yet there was no additional amenities provided, no updates done to the apartment, security details were actually REMOVED without notifying the tenants, security is consistently breeched - without consequences to the tenants doing so - this is a gated community, BUT GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN - would not recommend for safety purposes, and amenities are not taken care of (rotting plants in the pool area for weeks now, causing an awful smell with horrible bugs). Though this is only my third day I can tell you that the maintenance staff in the front office staff have been wonderful in helping me to get moved in and settled taking care of any issues that have arisen. I think Im going to really love it here.
