Verified Renter I moved here 2 years ago and enjoyed my experience, but since the conversion to bell frisco and new management I have seen this community and complex deteriorate. I have had many complaints that were never an issue before this change of name and management.

Verified Renter Unreliable staff that overreacts to the slightest complaints by other tenants. The staff at Bell Frisco Market present an unrelenting and unprofessional front. They overcharged for everything inside the facility and its all builder grade material , nothing is upgraded or modern about this housing and they only care about money
Verified Renter The staff here is amazing! Its a very nice and convenient place to live. Right off of the tollway and next to Toyota stadium.
Verified Renter The only good thing I can say is the apartment has a great location in Frisco. However, the apartment fire alarms go off all the time and you have to evacuate. It needs to be cleaner. They had major problems with water pipes in the garage. There needs to be better safety measures taken and surveillance placed in the garage and other areas.
