Verified Renter The staff is wonderful, however no one ever answered the phones. Once there it seemed the issue was they are understaffed. But, I digress the staff was super helpful and friendly. The process of getting approved was fast and easy.

Verified Renter I had a lot of initial issues upon move in including a 6 hour delay from being able to actually move into the unit due to them redoing the flooring . There were additional issues including lack of AC, and plumbing problems, but the biggest perk with the property is they responded to ALL issues the next day and handled them within a max of an hour (minus the AC since I needed a new unit entirely).
