We had a great experience with our appointment with Bell Service in December. Our car was in for the Zaktek 6 month paint treatment. They did an excellent job as you can see in the photo. They also did a great job keeping us up to date during the process and how they were during. Have never been as well kept to date at any dealership before.
I always have a great experience at Bell Honda. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Faith as my service advisor since I’ve had my car , and she truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s professional, patient, and genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Well where do I begin so I started out good and I had salesperson AJ very pleasant nice but getting the car I did it had just come in and it wasn't cleaned so they had to clean it and fix the air condition on the driver's side as it was not working and there's was a piece missing off the rail on top of the car which they had to replace so he said he would replace it all no problem well it was a problem as they kept going back and forth with me for over 30 days and then told me that was past a 30 days and they couldn't fix it... read more
Twice now my van has had a gas smell come through my vents took it in the advisor could smell the gas smell but said their machines that test it came up with nothing! Since I’ve had my van I have had issues with my car not moving and locking up unless I shut the whole car off and restart it which I’ve had to do in the middle of the road waiting at intersections never got anything fixed either they said nothing came up I even had proof and it still not enough to get it fixed arrowhead Honda never put me through it will be cha... read more
Took my HRV for an oil change service and immediately was being upsold an Engine Air Filter, Brake fluid exchange, Fuel system service, and an Alignment with no proof of it needing it just by time and mileage. No moisture test on the brake fluid, no checking if injectors are dirty or at least carbon build up in throttle body, I literally showed the engine air filter was clean and no checking the actual toe, camber, or caster or at least see if the tires had an uneven wear on why it needs an alignment.
