Sketchy... I'm not even sure all the recalls and services were done! Terrible communication and follow up. They even gave me back our vehicle with no gas and with engine parts inside the main cabin!! We tried to speak with the Customer Service Representative and was given the run around. Told they'd have to file a claim and they'd be in touch. Knowingly sold me a used lemon car. Nissan Sentra with a faulty transmission less than a week of owning it! Promised me it would get fixed through the warranty before I purchased it. Well guess what, the warranty denied the claim and was only given to options, pay out of pocket to repair it 🤡 or trade it in for a new car. They knew the car has a slipping transmission as the carfax show they tried to fix it by doing a transmission flush. Crystal A and Josh have been great on two separate occasions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the time they both took to explain why my car was giving me warning lights to let me know everything was good! An odd feature but I feel better knowing all is well with my 2025 Pilot. I had a very disappointing experience with Honda. They traded in my car and gave me a new one, but after a week they called and told me my loan wasn’t approved. Then they said I needed to find a co-signer and also return the car. This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If a dealership gives a customer a new car, they should make sure financing is fully approved before handing it over. The responsibility should be on the dealership, not the buyer. This was a terrible and stressful experience.
All I hope at this point of time is I don't run out of options and visit them again..! Bought my car 10 years ago at Bell Honda and most of my services were done here. Lately the service staff have become somewhat unfriendly when you don't accept their overpriced service recommendations may be. My today's visit was for an express oil change supposed to be taking 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and I ended up waiting 3.5 hours skipping my lunch.
