I got tires and an alignment on my car. Service was fast, car feels much better after alignment. It was pulling a bit beforehand and that's fixed now. Everything was explained really well, price was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend Bell Honda
I’ve only had great experiences with this Honda location, once to purchase my leased vehicle even after moving from a different state, and the most recent time was with Joshua Hansmeier, to do my recall and he inquired about regular maintenance and we discussed how to handle both our Hondas, even adding services to the recall Honda same day. Each time I’ve taken my car into Bell Honda it’s been a very good experience. They’ve been courteous when I call to make the appointment. When I arrive, they assign me a Service Advisor who gives me updates if it’s a more complicated service while I’m in their comfortable waiting area & are always very transparent with charges. Occasionally they suggest an option but without pressure. All of the service advisors have been great but I look especially appreciate Crystal A.
Knowingly sold me a used lemon car. Nissan Sentra with a faulty transmission less than a week of owning it! Promised me it would get fixed through the warranty before I purchased it. Well guess what, the warranty denied the claim and was only given to options, pay out of pocket to repair it 🤡 or trade it in for a new car. They knew the car has a slipping transmission as the carfax show they tried to fix it by doing a transmission flush.
