I gave this place only three stars because of how horrible and rude the GSM behaved to myself and Adult Sons when we were there yesterday. His name is Walid GSM. Absolutely despicable behavior. He lost his temper and patience when my sons were asking him to go slower and explain all the extra charges on the paperwork for the used vehicle. He literally threw his hands up at a frustration and snapped, telling my sons they were asking too many questions and to stop. Who does that? Unbelievable behavior. Larry H Miller Hyundai Peoria's loss was Bell Honda's gain! Drove an hour to Peoria for an appointment that Marisa, the internet sales person we were supposed to meet with left for the day. She also neglected to let us know the car sold in the last 24 hours. On way back home, we called Bell Honda to see if another vehicle we liked was available on the lot. This dealership honored the Costco auto discount program. We met with salesperson Jeremy who was friendly, low key and very knowledgeable about the vehicle (CR-V Hybrid) as he owns one himself. The whole purchase process with test drive, discussion of options on various trim levels, Costco discount, business office paperwork took about 2.5 hours. They have water and coffee available but also good to bring your healthy snack food.

My wife and I bought a used BMW yesterday at Bell Honda. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish!! This is the place to go to buy a new or used vehicle. Ask for AJ, he did an amazing job for us.

AJ was our salesman we came in with my wife knowing the vehicle that we were going to look at. I like the fact that he never rush us on buying anything the process was really smooth we were in and out no, problems at all. finance department answer all of our questions and where not pushing into buying extra items for vehicle thank AJ for all your help.
