I have lived here for over a year and have recently moved out. This complex is in a great location with nice walkability to Knox/Henderson. I have run into a few issues: 1. My bathroom completely flooded and was told the bathtub drain was installed upside down. Three months later (and another flood because it wasn’t fixed the first time) the bathroom shower/tub is still not functional and there has been no urgency to fix. For only living here a little under a year, it was amazing! From easy and fast access to work orders to exceptional help from the Community Assistance reps it was wonderful. A big shout out to Jesse Tavares for helping with my transfer lease and making the process easy and efficient! Glad to be a part of the Bell Knox partnership!
We had a lovely tour at the Bell Knox. Jesse took us as a walk in and was so friendly. He was very informative and answered all our questions. The finishes of the buildings are beautiful and we had a great experience. Bell Knox seems like a wonderful place to live.
I’ve lived here for a year and have absolutely loved it. My apartment is huge and so nice. We have tall ceilings and great amenities. Jesse (assistant manager) is wonderful and so helpful.
