Verified Renter I like this apartment because I live next to the park, trail, and it's very convenient for the kids who take the school bus every day. But recently, I've noticed that this place seems a bit neglected, with not enough cleaning, and we also get a lot of dust from the ventilation. Overall, it's cozy and peaceful place, which I'm very happy about!

Bell is located right next to Marymoor and it is so quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything downtown! Couldn’t ask for a better experience with staff and neighbors.
