I love this residence!!!!!!!!!! I have been a resident here for a couple of years! It was The Thorton and now Bell Old Town. I love the neighbors, property, and the staff. Mary Ann, Dianna, Liana, Charles, and Julio are AMAZING! Roman and Tatianna are also great! My favorite amenity is the indoor-outdoor fireplace!! This is a very unique feature. I love getting together with neighbors for a cozy indoor or outdoor gathering! This brings me joy and peace!

I love this place!! I have been living at The Thornton since 2020 and it has been a consistently positive experience. Maryann, the property manager, is a wonderful and caring leader to her fantastic staff specially Diana. Would not recommend Horribly disorganized leasing office. A neighbor of mine here also had a motorcycle stolen from the garage.

Nothing Special I’ve been living here for about for about ten months and I do not intend to renew my lease due. The office staff and maintenance staff are very polite and professional. The problems I have encountered is mainly due to noisy neighbors and the building being a totally wooden structure, and lack of sound insulation. Go anywhere else!!! Terrible leasing office. The leasing agents will insult your intelligence with “bait and switch” market rate non-sense. Forget about asking to speak with a manager...manager is even worse at returning phone calls. This place is unwilling to negotiate with residents. Very unprofessional.
Rude Leasing Office At first I was blown away by the beautiful modern apartment complex. As the months passed by and we needed assistance from the leasing department either for packages or maintain inquires we noticed how two girls there are very rude. Whenever you go ask for help, they give you a look as if you were interrupting them or bothering them. Not helpful or friendly at all. My Experience at The Thornton Think again before renting here. You will have to deal with loud city buses that run all night long right through the complex, blaring music throughout the lobbys/hallway/common areas, poor workmanship in the apartment (mold/moisture issues) and rude folks in the leasing office. The buses fly through the complex with little regard to public safety starting as early as 4am. For those that live facing Thornton Way its difficult to get a good nights sleep.
