Verified Renter This place is great! We’ve lived her for almost 2 years and no complaints. Staff is friendly, clean, safe. Close to things we like to do! Def recommend this place!
Verified Renter We’ve lived here going on almost 3 years now and we love it! Neighbors are quiet, we feel safe. Close to anything you may need. Maintenance gets back to you in a decent amount of time.
Verified Renter The amenities in the community are being upgraded. The elevator seems to be out of service on the regular. The elevators need to be upgraded too.
Verified Renter I loved this place but there are slight issues that need to be improved. Please fix the elevators! Open the pool back up! I think these would make it a 5 but the staff is great.
Verified Renter It started out wonderful! But since being here almost all amenities were down for construction or simply doesn’t work. I love swimming but the pool is always slightly dirty. Though the actual apartments are great!
Verified Renter Recently relocated here. I fell this is very cleaned and one of the well secured apartment community in Dunwoody. So far I feel safe to living here.
Verified Renter So far so good. Martin made my move in experience a wonderful one. Everything was quick and professional and easy. Only issues is the elevator not working properly at times.
Verified Renter So far so good. Apartment community has been very calm & quiet so far. People have been friendly. Lots of dogs! Lol Only cons: Hallways need to be cleaned regularly & there’s only 1 elevator for the entire complex currently. Other than that it’s been great!
