You’ll be blamed for the state of the apartment. You’ll be lied to by the community manager, then ignored. She’ll ignore your emails until 1 minute until her work day is over. Verified Renter Best place I've ever lived!! The office staff always remembers my name and my unit number and is always happy to see me. Maintenance is trustworthy and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the work they are doing send answer all my questions. My neighbors are very friendly too making this an ideal community to live in.

Verified Renter I’d like to first mentioned I now have 9 months living here. When I first moved in I thought what a great area to live here. Was shown around the BRP and everyone was so friendly. Right of the bat I loved it here because it’s a pet friendly area. (I love my FurBaby) lol anyways, as the months past by, and everyone still continued to be nice and friendly.
