Taylor U. Was very awesome, I communicated that I lost personal items and we contacted the apartment owner and coordinated a search for my items and they were found. I also ended up walking out with a potential transfer which isn’t much of a hassle at all. A flat 500.00 and a notice to my current bell partners property is all it took. Thanks So Much Taylor! You Rock!

Maintenance is amazing my last maintenance was a handful this man really is a delight. Don’t get me started on the front staff they are amazing - polite professional understanding. The move in process was seamless and I will honestly not be going anywhere than a house or but the apartment if they turn back into condos. They are sprucing the place up new paint on the outside and inside. It’s easy to get things fixed. 10/10 everyone here is a god send.

This apartment complex has gone down hill very fast after bell took over. Maintenance requests take SEVERAL months to be looked into. Even longer to actually get things fixed. The rent is way to high for the quality of the apartments as well as the lack of service that the leasing office provides. If you need to get in touch with them they almost never pick up the phone. I always have to go to the office. I submitted a work order for our toilet and it took them over 2 months to even reach out to me about it. The new leasing ... read more

I went to tour the property on Saturday and the leasing agent was extremely rude. She had her vape sitting on the desk which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve worked in property management for 15 years and I’ve never experienced customer service in the industry like I received on 1/6/24. Love the apt. But will not lease from a property where the employees don’t even greet you when you walk in. She just looked at me with a half grin. I’m extremely disappointed!

I've lived at Bell Starwood for a couple months now and I have to say I truly feel at home. Tanner left a great first impression with my daughter and I and has made us feel at home ever since. He's outgoing, kind and always has a smile on his face. Tanner, Sam and Brayden never fail to leave you feeling heard and taken care of, they work as a team to ensure customer service at its best and I feel like that is rare in an apartment management team.
