As I was pulling up I saw somebody stealing my factor box (it’s a unique print on the box). I lived here for over a year and during the winter one of my neighbors was a smoker who refused to go outside so I had to tape my vent to prevent my apartment from smelling like smoke & when I asked the office to help they told me there was nothing that could be done. When moving into a new place, it can be easy to make a quick judgement about whether the place is "good" or "bad". My wife and I moved into Bell Apartments about 8 weeks ago and we are settling in. Since the start, we have found that Bell Apts has become really our "home". The staff and support personnel, the amenities, and most importantly, our apartment itself, has proved to be beyond our expectations. Amazing staff and amenities! Samantha at the leasing office was extremely supportive and knowledgeable of the area. She made me feel so welcome right from the start and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
When I walked into my new apartment I felt like I was walking into a luxury hotel. It had a new rug and everything was spotlessly clean and newly painted. I didn't even have to wipe down kitchen shelves first. We just moved right in:) The apartment is spacious and sunny with huge closets, lots of windows and a balcony overlooking a relaxing wooded view with the most gorgeous sunsets. Great apartment complex, helpful management, clean common areas including gym and business center. Convenient location and fair price. I believe the low rating is mostly due to the prior management incompetence.
