When I walked into my new apartment I felt like I was walking into a luxury hotel. It had a new rug and everything was spotlessly clean and newly painted. I didn't even have to wipe down kitchen shelves first. We just moved right in:) The apartment is spacious and sunny with huge closets, lots of windows and a balcony overlooking a relaxing wooded view with the most gorgeous sunsets. Great apartment complex, helpful management, clean common areas including gym and business center. Convenient location and fair price. I believe the low rating is mostly due to the prior management incompetence.
Samantha made moving into my apartment really simple. She answered any and all questions I had. Extremely helpful and patient. My apartment was clean, rugs shampooed and smelled amazing. Moving in was a breeze.
The absolute worst experience here. If you are looking for a quiet area to live in this is not the place. Look at the yelp reviews as those are extremely more accurate the the Google reviews. The first year here was decent. Decent enough to renew for another year. I lived here for two years, and my stay was amazing. I moved out of the Stoughton area but if I was ever to move back, I would absolutely move back here if given the opportunity. Kind neighbors and friendly staff and the amenities (pool in the summer, the outdoor grills, the gym, and the club house) were amazing here.
