Would recommend The staff are professional, friendly and responsive. The buildings were built in 1970, so there are the usual issues with older homes. I have seen no pests or anything like that. The units have been/in the process of being upgraded. I have no problem at all with my unit and am enjoying my stay here. For the price I feel this is a very good value and highly recommend these apartments.
Best place in Texas to live! I love being a resident at Bella Terra, the leasing agents are friendly and really care about there tenants. They are always offering specials and encourage referrals. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to make Bella Terra there new home.
They take forever to fix stuff mateince is horrible takes weeks sometimes months to fix stuff . management does put in any effort to address tenants requests.
Slow Submitted and issue with my dishwasher took 2 plus weeks and several calls to get it fixed .
Not impressed... When I moved in my bathtub would not drain properly. It backed up and did not drain my shower water for over 12 hours. I had to purchase drano and unstop my drain. Just now a little over a week later I go to use my oven and I have no oven racks in my oven. What am I supposed to do, set my pizza pan straight on the burner inside the over and start a fire? My original move in date was September 10. I got pushed back a week and did not get to move in until September 17th because my apartment “wasn’t ready.” Rea... read more
Do not do it! This is the worse ran apartments i ever lived in.. the amenities they have listed are not really there.
Honestly not what they say it is... They'll beat around the bush about showing you the workout area until you move in complaining that just don't have the keys when in face the weight room is ran down, smells like old water and mold throughout it and it's never cleaned. 3 of the windows are busted out and tapped back up and all the equipment is broken.
