Every detail of my mother’s care has been handled smoothly, professionally and compassionately. The staff caring for my mother are kind, knowledgeable and reliable. I developed a sense of trust in Bella Terra very quickly; they have not let me down.

Initial communication with, I guess what you would call "salespeopleć, was fantastic and led us to believe that we were in good hands. However, when my elderly mother's Physical Therapy began, the visits were so few and far between, and the therapists did not contact me, the power of attorney, to discuss progress or plans. Communication died after we signed up with this company. I recommend going elsewhere.

Nurse lied and said my mom was “soiled” when she got here. A total lie! Got social services involved. I hate this place! Went with someone else
