Review I have been living here and I have been in tight spots at times also however Latarsa the property manager always works with us because we communicate. So I know that previous review is not the truth. That person probably was not doing what they were supposed to do if they needed time to come up with rent.

Do NOT move here! I lived at Bella Terraza between 2019-2025. When I first moved in the complex, things were excellent. The amenities were accessible, the office staff was helpful and maintenance was responsive. Each year I stayed, things got worse. The pool is never accessible and was dirty whenever it was open. The trash issue from the ONE dumpster overflowing to trash all over the property was appalling. If I could give zero stars... We have been living in Bella Terraza Apartments for 3 years and it has been getting from bad to worse. We have had a broken microwave that was promised to be replaced for months now and still no sign of nothing! And the pools finally got opened only for them to be gross and dirty, they need a pool person ASAP!!! And the pool bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. Save yourself the trouble and avoid moving here. The staff is rude and unprofessional, cars have been broken into on multiple occasions and don’t even bother requesting for maintenance because they’ll wait until a month before your lease is up to fix anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Would turn around now This place is a joke they charge you way to much money for what you get. When I moved in there was fleas in the carpet they told us was brand new and sent a maintenance guy with ant killer to solve the problem.... Witch it didn't ended up happening so I had to buy my own flea killer. My water Is turned off more than its on. I had a problem with my shower it took them 2 months to come and fix it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! It should have been a red flag when we first showed interest in signing a lease here at Bella terraza. My roommates and I were all moving to Jacksonville from out of state and was unable to visit the place beforehand. They took weeks to get back to us after we submitted out application. The customer service here is awful! Worst apartment complex in Jax Actually i wouldn’t give them any stars at all. Cars have been broken in and vandalized several times, trash is out of control and all the gates doesn’t work for a long time. I would not recommend anyone ever live here under any circumstances. Current staff is horrible and i will say it again, HORRIBLE!
