i understand this is a long review but it is worth reading. moving in my roommate and i had so much excitement. everything seemed clean and new as far as the model home, it was freshly renovated, the pool area and amenities seemed perfect. unfortunately that was not the case. we moved in and right away noticed there were lines of ants crawling on our counters. we had no food nor any furniture or our belongings inside what so ever. we tried our best to get rid of them and eventually we did. thinking that was our only problem ... read more
Just recently my a/c unit went out which is miserable. I was anticipating about a week before the replacement. They are coming out tomorrow, which is three days from when it failed. The manager Shaelyn sp. and the maintenance team, Ferrance sp. are second to none. If you’re looking for a place to reside I recommend Bellagio strongly. Thank you to the team here!!!! The entire experience was awful. The location has inadequate parking, and the noise level is so high that sleeping past 6 AM is impossible. During our short 45-day stay, the police visited the complex three times, escorting two individuals away in handcuffs. Additionally, the trash accumulation was so severe that it was nauseating to enter that area. Buyer beware.
We’ve been trying to get a rat problem solved since August and now in December the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Every time we reach out there’s a “waiting on approval” or “scheduling issue” with the pest control company. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt since it used to be a fine place to live but if this is now the standard you’re better off looking elsewhere for how much it costs.
