We moved here a couple months ago, and we’ve lived at a few different complexes and I have to say this one’s amazing. We LOVE living here, the office is amazing, the maintenance is amazing and so is the community. It’s quiet, the grounds are well kept & beautiful. Lots of kids playing outside and as a mom I love to hear it! But my real reason for this review is that I had maintenance here working on my dryer, when suddenly my 8m old started choking on his spit up out of no where, I tried to clear it myself but it wasn’t work... read more
I’ve been living at Bellagio for the past four months, and my experience so far has been excellent. The maintenance team is truly top-notch—whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond promptly and resolve the issue right away. Special thanks to Dwayne, Jarious, and Angel for their professionalism, responsiveness, and great work. They make living here comfortable and stress-free.
Joining process: I joined this community about four months ago, and the experience has been excellent from day one. The manager, Sherlin, is very quick and efficient with the joining process and in resolving any issues that come up. Iman was absolutely outstanding. They acted very quickly and professionally to address an emergency maintenance request and resolved the issue right on time. Communication was clear, response time was impressive, and the entire process was handled with care and efficiency. Review about maintenance at Bellagio. Iman and Cristian came to do maintenance at my apartment. I am very impressed with both of these men.
