i understand this is a long review but it is worth reading. moving in my roommate and i had so much excitement. everything seemed clean and new as far as the model home, it was freshly renovated, the pool area and amenities seemed perfect. unfortunately that was not the case. we moved in and right away noticed there were lines of ants crawling on our counters. we had no food nor any furniture or our belongings inside what so ever. we tried our best to get rid of them and eventually we did. thinking that was our only problem ... read more
We are disheartened to write this review. We have been calling bellagio home for over a year now, and unfortunately, management has gone down drastically since we first moved in. In fact, its changed so much we cant even recognize the place we first moved in to. Details: Our AC is non functional. It blows cold air, yes, however, it leaks liquid from the ceiling constantly. It ruined our rug, we have to use our food bowls to hold all the liquid that has been seeping, and we get rained on when we try to go to our office, clo... read more
I moved from Texas to this place. Move-in process was really easy. Thanks to Keelie Sitts! She has been outstanding through out the move-in process. All move-in maintenance and inspection requests were addressed on the same day. Nice experience overall!
I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. I lived here for a year. I wasn't happy. I was counting the days to move from Bellagio. I live in unit 1102, next to the pool. There is too much noise at night and no security support. The office said they had quiet hours signing the contract, which was a lie. When we complained, the office gave us the police department number so we could solve our problem ourselves. This apartment doesn’t have any security. Just another reason as to why we enjoy calling Bellagio home. Ferrance, one of the maintenance techs came to our apartment for routine filter replacement. He couldn’t have been friendlier and more professional! When I inquired about a drain having issues and how to remedy the problem, he voluntarily offered his assistance. My wife and I enjoyed speaking with him and certainly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.
