My experience here was exceptional. I needed emergent treatment on a Friday night, and the prospect of spending who-knows-how-many hours sitting miserably in a hospital's ER was out of the question, and I found that the nearest chain of Urgent Care centers closes at 8 pm. This facility accepted me immediately, and in just over 2 hours, I was on my way home, my issue having been addressed quickly and completely. The Dr I had my ER televisit with was very compassionate and very thorough. I was treated professionally and with great importance. I didn't feel it was garbage being via video. I was confident and comfortable with the entire experience. It was wonderful being able to stay at home due to pneumonia and high fever. Thank you for such amazing care
Dr. Q, and staff, Nurse Elizabeth, Nurse Stephanie, Aubrey, Rad Tech, Jose Rad Tech, , and Anna front desk were wonderful to me. They took such good care of me during my stay! They were very caring, funny, attentive, and made me feel at ease, like I was part of their Family! Would highly recommend Bellaire ER to family and friends!
First time coming to the ER and of course nervous. The staff were amazing, very professional. Made me feel at ease. Dr Q was amazing he listen attentively to what you say and Staff were efficient and caring during treatment. Would recommend !
