He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Bellaire Urgent Care if you need prompt and compassionate medical care!
I needed someone to act fast unlike the emergency room and Bellaire urgent care was the place. My co-pay was $80 not unreasonable at all especially when I receive my medication and everything was done in a timely manner. Nothing ridiculous at all totally love them. Recommend them for everyone if you need something done urgently!
I recently visited Bellaire Urgent Care due to a bug stuck in my ear for several days. Dr.Wong was outstanding—professional, compassionate, and efficient. They explained the procedure clearly and successfully removed the bug, providing much-needed relief. The staff was attentive, and the facility was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Bellaire Urgent Care for their excellent service!
Everyone here is so professional and friendly! Dr.Ting and Dr.Wong were very professional, and they were very patient in listening to my symptoms and explaining the treatment plan to me. The front desk receptionists were nice and helpful too, they answered my questions regarding medication on the phone call when I couldn’t make it there in person. Definitely recommended!
Made an appointment over the phone as soon as they opened. Nurse/Reception was very helpful in pulling up my insurance information. Got my issue resolved in minutes after that. Doctor was very quick and kind but listened to all concerns. Quick and to the point. Very attentive and polite staff. 10/10 would visit again.
