I toured the apartments today, and they are absolutely beautiful. The apartment finishes are incredible. Laurie and Melissa were both wonderful, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. They made the entire experience feel special and took the time to answer all of my questions. This is going to be an amazing luxury community, and I can’t wait to be a part of it!
I recently toured Belle Oaks Marketplace and came away really impressed. Their enthusiasm for this Marketplace is contagious and their professional approach to leasing is very much appreciated! From the initial model apartments tour to completing the application, they were incredibly patient and caring.
I had a great experience touring Belle Oaks Marketplace in the Cleveland area! Melissa was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Today, May 16, 2026 I met Melissa Cooper, Leasing Manager. She is such an amazing person. She provided wonderful details of Belle Oaks Marketplace and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The tour of the one and two bedrooms in the Leasing Center was fantastic. Belle Oaks Marketplace is sooo much more than I ever imagined. It will feel like a 5-star resort hotel once it is completed.
