I had a great experience touring Belle Oaks Marketplace in the Cleveland area! Melissa was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with modern layouts and high-end finishes. I am especially excited about the private club and all the amenities being built. Today, May 16, 2026 I met Melissa Cooper, Leasing Manager. She is such an amazing person. She provided wonderful details of Belle Oaks Marketplace and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The tour of the one and two bedrooms in the Leasing Center was fantastic. Belle Oaks Marketplace is sooo much more than I ever imagined. It will feel like a 5-star resort hotel once it is completed. I understand the building project and it’s going to Be amazing but $2,000+ for under 1,000 square feet just go buy a house
