I’ve been coming here for several years and each visit is welcoming, efficient, friendly, and wonderful service. I recently had a root canal, and Dr. Moore and Natasha made the whole experience comfortable and as quick as possible. Root canals are intimidating, but I can say I felt absolutely no discomfort and I had full trust that they were knowledgeable in the procedure. Been going to Dr Redmond, as many, since I was just a young sprout. His warm, welcome and professional demeanor has always been highly regarded in our family and colleagues. I've heard nothing but wonderful things from Dr Toohey from friends as well, although my experience is only with Dr Redmond and staff. The front staff (Nora!) has also been an anchor of BDG, been a constant smile and welcome unlike any other. My first experience with BDG was about 15 years ago when our African Children's Choir performed at Ellerslie Baptist Church. Dr. Tim introduced himself and asked if our choir children needed some dental work. Next thing I know Dr. Tim is checking the kids teeth with a flashlight and the next day we were ALL in his clinic. He and his staff did all the cleaning and filling that the kids needed. He has been my dentist since!!
My family has been coming to Bellevue Dental for years and I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Front desk staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. All of the dental professionals in the office are efficient while taking the time to educate and offer options and advice. Just as important as the people is the fact that things run on time! Convenient appointment times and last minute availability for more serious issues, not to mention an appointment reminder system and direct billing.
Dr. Tim Toohey is an expert at what he does. My crowns look like real teeth! I am so grateful for his work. My hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth and I had no discomfort. :) I highly recommend this place if you need dental work done.
